Brook Guitars - Guitar Shop in Exeter
Brook Guitars is a rural workshop on the outskirts of Dartmoor in the South West of England that makes handcrafted acoustic guitars.
Si Smidmore and Andy Petherick founded Brook Guitars after working with Andy Manson for several years, first to create the A.B.Manson & Co. standard line of instruments so that Andy could focus on his unique creations.
Jack became a member of the group early on and has established himself as a well-known inlay artist. They make a series of instruments named after West Country rivers with the support of different workers over the years. Three Brook customers, as well as Adrian Legg, a Brook owner, have been named ‘Guitarist of the Decade’ by Guitarist magazine.
